  • I designed a cohesive brand experience system that aligned every touchpoint across multiple venues and activations. Environmental storytelling transformed spaces into narrative chapters. Sponsor integrations became value-driven experiences rather than visibility grabs. Cross-team collaboration ensured the pre-event promise matched the on-ground reality.

  • Since 2022, RenderATL grew to 9,000+ attendees (up 4,200), expanded to 50+ sponsors (up 40 since 2023), and saw 60% growth in social engagement. More importantly, the conference evolved from an event people attend to an experience people believe in, one that builds lasting community loyalty and brand equity.
